The 58th Annual Grammy Awards had some memorable moments.

The 2016 Grammys kicked-off with a stunning performance from pop star Taylor Swift and continued with killer performances throughout the night.  Jackson Browne and The Eagles played a special tribute to Glenn Fry, James Bay and Tori Kelly had one of the best duets of the night, Kendrick Lamar made a powerful statement and Lady Ga Ga gave a colorful and engaging performance that honored the late and great David Bowie.

Kendrick Lamar deservingly accepted the first award of the night for Best Rap Album for To Pimp A Butterfly, Lionel Richie was honored in by a mashup of musicians including Tyrese, Meghan Trainor and Luke Bryan.

Meghan Trainor had the best acceptance speech in our opinion with a thoughtful and tearful thank you to her team, fans and mom and dad after receiving a Grammy for Best New Artist.

Alabama Shakes, one of our new favorite bands won Best Rock Performance with “Don’t Wanna Fight”  and Taylor Swift won her second Grammy for Album of the Year with 1989. She also had a tongue in cheek message for Kanye West for tried to tear her down recently by taking credit for her fame in a recent song release. We salute you for staying strong T. Swift.

There were so many good performances but one of our favorites had to be The Hollywood Vampires featuring Joe Perry, Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp. Yes that Johnny Depp, he is the truth on guitar!
