We had a chance to witness and get to know Night Argent for the first time live at a Rockstardreams.com sponsored showcase during SXSW this past March.

Their  overall sound and stage presence is prodigious and engaging, blending synth sounds and pop melodies with booming drums and poignant guitar solos amidst the soaring vocals of frontman Chase Manhattan. Yet, they write and approach their lives with humility, empathy and personal connection.  This is relevant in the remake of this timeless Christmas classic.

“Our hope with this video is that it will not only encourage people to remember and assist those without food, shelter, and warmth, but that it will serve as a reminder to us all what the holiday season is truly about. Giving. Whether that’s giving money, or our time, energy, and talent to help those less fortunate than ourselves.” – Night Argent

Night Argent are gearing up to release their sophomore EP in the new year, which was co-written in part with John Feldmann (Blink182, 5SOS, Panic! At the Disco).

In 2015 Night Argent won the Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands landing them a stint on the  Vans Warped Tour which also helped them land the collaboration with Feldmann. The band penned a management deal shorlty after with Outerloop Group and released their debut self-titled EP in April 2016, debuting the EP in partnership with F– — USE.

Good things are ahead for this band and not just because they make great music but because they are even better people. Take care of one another this holiday season and give back.

Happy Holidays and much love from Team RSD!
